SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered the card on 9/5 and paid extra postage for special delivery and as of today, 9/13, it has not been delivered!!!!! The card was to be given this evening.
Card deliveries from China are delivered within this time frame and no postage has to be paid!! Very unhappy:(
